Roofs not producing no electric power an no heat and break down because a littile bit snowfall have nothing to do with a secure future.

For luck, there is a new technology. The combination of photovoltaic and heat makes it possible to produce electricity and heat with the roof.

To cool in the summer the roof with the colder underground. What's more adjacent than to use the system in the winter to melt a thin layer of snow and let the snow slide down on a water film. Not as a big roof avalanche, but in small portions.

  Less strong static possible


A snow able to let the snow slide down can be weaker designed and saves so money. The combined electricity heat production pays not only by the electricity and heat production, but also by the lower cost of the construction.
